CSU East Bay MESA REgistration

If you are a parent, guardian, or student and are interested in learning more 

about the MESA College Prep Program, register to attend our virtual MESA Open House on:

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2025 from 5:45PM-7:15PM

Step 1: Confirm school chapter

• Check to make sure that your school has a MESA Chapter listed under Our Chapters via the left hand navigation.
  
  If your school doesn't have an existing MESA Chapter and you are interested in finding out how to create one, email us at mesa@csueastbay.edu. 

Step 2: Data collection

• Before completing the student registration, you will be required to input the following information:

  1. 10 digit CASSID - can be obtained from your counselor, a report card, or you can ask your advisor for assistance

  2. Parent/Guardian name, email, phone number, and education level

Please note that you cannot submit the form without this information and you cannot go back and edit it afterward. Any incorrect information will result in a rejected registration and will delay the registration process.

STEP 3: Complete Student registration form by November 13th, 2026 @11am

STEP 4: Have your parent/guardian complete the waiver form

• Parents/Guardians will be directly emailed (to the provided email address in the Student Registration form) to complete the Parent/Guardian waiver packet after your student registration submission

STEP 5: check with your advisor

• Once the registration and waiver are complete, it will be reviewed within 3-5 business days and you will be included on the advisor roster for your school chapter as fully registered to participate in the CSU East Bay MESA College Prep Program! Check with your advisor if you would like to confirm.
